Be careful when using: Do not overheat an empty container. Add water, oil or grease before heating. The contents of the container must not completely evaporate. The surface of the container can be damaged by a sudden change in temperature, so it should be cooled gradually. The enamelled surface of the container can be damaged if it falls to the ground or collides with hard objects. Do not mix with electric mixers in an enamel bowl. Never use an enamelled dish that is damaged inside. Always place the hot dish on special bases, cutting board. Never place directly on a table or unprotected kitchen counter. Always use kitchen gloves when cooking or baking when holding the lid or pan. Use suitable lids when cooking, as this reduces cooking time and saves energy. When cooking, follow the instructions of the hob manufacturer, who will advise you which place to use on the hob according to the type and size of the pan. This will prevent the pan from overheating and losing energy.
Maintenance and cleaning: Before using the container, remove the labels and wash the container with warm water and special detergents. Do not use wire sponges, scrapers, knives, aggressive cleaners when washing dishes. Use kitchen sponges, nylon brushes, emulsion or standard dishwashing detergents. To remove burnt food, pour hot water into a bowl, add a dedicated cleaner and wait a few minutes. In more stubborn cases, boil the water with a cleaner and then rinse it with a dishwashing sponge or nylon brush. Dry the dish with a kitchen towel after each wash. Use lemon juice to remove internal discoloration as a result of repeated use. The enamel dish can be washed in the dishwasher, but the dish eventually loses its luster and smooth surface, and rust also appears on exposed parts. Our recommendation is to wash the enamel dish by hand. The enamelled container is not suitable for prolonged soaking in water. Always store the container with the bottom on the storage surface
